We actually do custom labeling and packging if you need your brand on teh polybag or a hang tag attached, that's pretty standerd for the bigger textile buyers we deal with — just let us know the artwork spec and we'll run it through production.
The 20cm plush rabbit uses a soft polyester outer with PP cotton filling, and it's CE certified so you're covered for most retail or promotional channels. 500 is the MOQ for custom orders, but if you're just testing the waters we usually have mixed color stock ready to go in smaller quantities, give or take 200 units. Lead time on stock is about 12 working days, on custom runs it's more like 18. Most buyers go with the mixed color option because of that it spreads across seasonal lines without locking into one shade.
Every unit ships 1 piece per polybag for dust protection, and filling doesn't have hard lumps — something a few importers flagged in the past with cheaper suppliers. Not suited for heavy-duty toy safety for infants under 3, but fine for giveaways, display props, or bundled gift sets.
You'll get a COA with each bulk order, and the HS code is 9503002100. The 20cm size is easy to handle in mixed color pallets, roughly 50 units per carton or so depending on how you pack them.
So basically, if you've got an approved design already, we don't lock you into long-term contracts — you can reorder as needed. One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the polybag is transparent, so if you need custom printed bags instead, that's a separate spec we can quote.
The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per design. That keeps the mill-direct pricing low for you.
Yes, this model (2273LH-20) is CE certified, and we can supply the certificate and test report upon request.
It's filled with standard PP cotton. If you need fire-resistant or antibacterial filling, we can customize it, but the base price covers regular PP cotton.
Usually 15 to 25 working days after deposit, depending on current production load. For rush orders, we can prioritize if you let us know upfront.
Each rabbit is packed in a polybag individually. For bulk export, they go into cartons. If you want retail-ready packaging or hang tags, we can do that at a small extra cost.
