It's not suited for infants under 3 years due to small parts risk, but our QC team cross-verifies every batch against choking hazard standard anyway, so you're covered for the target age group—lead time runs about 30-35 days for 30,000 to 50,000 pieces, give or take depending on teh order volume.

The plush length is standdard for finger puppets, machine-produced with PP cotton fill, and it's basically a puffin design that works well for birthday gift packs or themed decorations; we typically stock the 12cm size, but confirm lead time if you need a custom spec.
