Minimum order is 500 pieces obviously, but they're flexible on design and size which matters because our buyers usually want a custom color mix — our company can tweak the multicolor palette per region or store type.
Sample lead time is 3-7 business days, which is tight enough to test before committing to the full volume, but confirm they have stock before ordering samples (usually we're fine, but double-check).
Specs include relevant, so we don't have to worry about compliance audits, and they offer OEM/ODM service if we want to slap our own branding on packaging.
Production capacity is listed as large volume, which basically means they can handle our peak order within 20 days or so, but shipping timelines might vary due to container availability.
Payment terms were negotiated for a standerd L/C after sample approval, and packaging comes in standard export cartons, though we should ask for a packaging sample photo before finalizing.
