What really sets this apart is the customiaztion depth—we can do the flute in pretty much any color you want, and the logo or full-color printing is handled in-house, so turnaround is tighter than most suppilers can manage.
It’s designed for kids aged 3 to 8, and the 21.3cm length with a 3.8cm diameter is actually a sweet spot we’ve found over the years; small enough for little hands to grip but long enough to produce a decent tone without being frustrating.
We’ve been moving these for a while now, and one thing buyers don’t always think to ask is that the PS plastic we use has a slight flexibility to it—so if a kid drops it (and they will), it’s less likely to crack than a harder acrylic or ABS toy would.
The MOQ is 15,000 pieces, which sounds like a lot, but for a custom run with full color printing and EN71 compliance across all three parts, that’s actually the floor where our company can keep teh per-unit cost reasonable—usually around 20 days or so for sample approval, then 30 days after that.
It’s not suited for heavy outdoor use or rough play beyond what a typical 3-year-old dishes out, and sound isn’t going to win any awards for pitch accuracy—it’s a toy, after all, and the goal is creative expression and hand-eye coordination, not concert hall qualiy.
Anyway, the educational value is solid for music introduction, and most buyers go with the standard export carton packaging, but we can adjust that if your retail channel needs something more shelf-ready.
Our MOQ is 15,000 pieces per order. We don't offer smaller trial runs, but we can send you a few sample units first—just cover the shipping and sample cost.
EN71 Part 1 covers mechanical and physical safety (no sharp edges), Part 2 is about flammability, and Part 3 limits heavy metals like lead and cadmium. So the flute is safe for kids 3+ by European toy standards.
Lead time is 30 days after sample approval. That's from when you give the green light on the final look and specs—not from when you place the order.
You can choose any color for the PS plastic body, and we can add your logo or full-color artwork via pad printing. Just send us your design files and Pantone references.
Standard packaging is a plain export carton. If you want branded boxes or custom inserts, we can do that—just note it may affect lead time and cost a bit more.
