Actually, we’ve seen a lot of folks move away form bi-metal after trying this one—it’s pretty much a once you see how it holds up on a job site, especially when you’re into something like a nail embedded in hardwood where most blades would start screaming at you after a few passes.

The 34mm diameter is pretty standard for oscillating tools, but what sets this apart is that carbide tooth geometry that gives you roughly 30 times the blade life in metal compared to bi-metal, and we’ve had customers confirm that with their own stopwatches, though I’d say that figure assumes you’re not running it dry on stainles for hours on end.

It’s RoHS and CE certified if that matters for your documentation, and our company can include a COA on request for the carbide grade, though honestly most buyers just want to know if it’ll fit their Fein or Milwaukee without an adapter—and yes, the quick-fit arbor works with all major brands including Bosch and Makita.

One thing we don’t recommend is using this for thick ceramic tile (over 12mm or so) because the standard tooth cut can chip the edge, and for that you’d want a diamond grit blade instead—it’s better than most for light tile scoring though.

We usually have stock on the blister pack option, but the plastic bag version is what you’ll get if you’re ordering in quantities of 50 units or so for OEM customization, and the depth of 40mm is enough for most multi-materail applicaion like through a pipe with a nail right behind it.
