Each unit we ship gets run through a full function test before it leaves the factory floor, and we pull random samples for a longer pressure hold cycle every 50 units or so to catch any seal issues early — something I've seen save buyers a lot of downtime when scaling orders. The test protocol includes a 15-minute continuous run at 150Bar to verify the induction motor holds steady under load, and we log the flow rate at 18L/min as a pass/fail metric against the spec sheet.
What it does is deliver a consistent 2500W output from that copper wire coil, and the fan-shaped nozzle gives you wide spray pattern that's better than most fixed-angle tips for covering barn walls or warehose floors quickly. But it's not really suited for fine detailing — the 150Bar pressure and 18L flow will strip paint if you hold it too close, so we usually tell buyers that's a job for a lower-pressure unit with a dial-down valve.
We hold a COA on file for every production batch, and the CE and SGS certifcates are included with the packing list as PDF scans; our company can also issue a fresh one with your batch number if you need it for compliance paperwork. Retest policy is pretty straightforward — if you get a unit that doesn't hit pressure within 10% of spec within the first week, we'll send a replacement and arrange a pickup, no need to argue about it.
Standard lead time is about 20 working days for single units, but if you need a custom color or a different plug configuration, add another week or so — our factory does batch-level customization, so it's not a big hassle. packging box is 100 by 80 by 80 centimeters and weighs about 32 kilos bare, so freight cost to most ports runs roughly $60 to $120 depending on volume, but that's something you'll want confirmed before we invoice.
We also keep a small buffer stock of roughly 200 units at our bonded warehouse for faster dispatch on standard orders, so if you're in a hurry, just check current availability—lead times tighten during the pre-holiday season, and I can usually reserve a few pallets for repeat buyers.
150Bar (about 2175 PSI) is strong enough for stripping paint, removing graffiti, or deep-cleaning heavy machinery and concrete surfaces. It's a solid mid-range pressure for daily commercial use without being overkill.
The flow rate is fixed at 18L/min with the standard setup, but you can control the spray pattern with the fan-shaped nozzle to manage coverage. For adjustable flow, you'd need a separate pressure regulator, which we can discuss for custom orders.
Customization like adding your logo or changing the color usually takes 15-20 days after order confirmation. Our MOQ for custom specs is 500 units, though we can talk smaller batches for repeat clients.

Each unit is packed in a sturdy 100x80x80cm carton with internal foam padding and a plastic wrap to seal out moisture. For sea freight, we add plywood crating on request at no extra cost.
