We're usually running these HSS core bits for U74 and PD2 rail at about 19.0mm Weldon shank — if you need 19.05mm that's also doable just flag it — typical MOQ is 50 units or so for custom diameters, but we keep stock on the 13.5mm up to 36mm range, and lead times for non-standdard sizes run 20 working days give or take.
For dry on U71Mn or PD3 (U75V) with a depth of cut from 20 to 50mm, the high-performnce series handles it without coolant, which actually saves cleanup time on site — though if you're hitting U75V regularly, most buyers I've dealt with go with the standard grade for softer steels and switch to carbide-tipped for harder specs.
What you'll get in the box is a plastic protective case, not some flimsy sleeve — we've had guys drop these from waist height on concrete and the bit survived fine, though obviously don't make that a habit — DRAX series geometry is optimized for material removal rate, not for super-smooth finishes, so it's better for throughput than final surfce quality.
