You’ve got a flat on a semi in the rain, and that impact gun is dead—this cross wrench is what gets dual wheel nuts off with a 2.2 lb swing that doesn’t flex, because the carbon steel is heat-treated to handle 400 ft-lbs or so without snapping the 14-inch arms.
The four hex sockets—17mm, 19mm, 21mm, and 23mm—cover pretty much every lug you’ll see on passenger trucks and light commercail vans, and our company can swap those out for custom sizes if your fleet runs oddballs like 22mm or 27mm (check lead time on that).
It’s not for torquing final specs, just breaking loose or spinning off, and the polished silver finish means it won’t rust if you leave it in a damp trunk for a few weeks—but don’t expect it to survive a salt bath without some pitting, that’s just the reality of carbon steel.
We typically run these in bulk packs of 500 pieces for shops that resell to tire centers or mechanics, and the OEM option lets you stamp your own logo on the center hub; retail packging is availble but adds about 8 days to the lead time.
Most buyers go with the 21mm and 23mm as the primary drivers, since those fit the majority of Class 8 lug nuts, and teh 17mm is basically a bonus for compact cars—you’ll rarely use it on heavy duty anyway.
The weight gives it a solid feel when you’re cranking, and the cross design actually distributes force better than a single-arm breaker bar, so you’re not fighting the tool while it tries to twist out of your hand.
It comes with 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, and 23mm sockets as standard. If you need different sizes for your market, just let us know—we can customize them for OEM orders.
The MOQ is set at 500 pieces per size or custom spec. If that's a stretch for your first order, talk to us—we might be able to work out a smaller trial batch to start.
We can provide material test certificates for the carbon steel and a hardness report if needed. Just ask your sales contact, and we'll include them with your shipment.
We offer both bulk packing and retail packaging. For retail, we can do individual boxes or hang tags with your branding. Just specify your preference when you place the order.
Lead time is usually around 25–30 days from order confirmation and deposit. If you're in a hurry, we can sometimes speed it up—just check with us before ordering.
