The problem was that crew on indutrial sites were carting around separate tools with different batteries and chargers, laughing at how much downtime we had swapping packs and hunting for the right socket—it was basically killing half a shift sometimes.
So what this does is bundle nine cordless tools into one system that all run off those 36V lithium packs, and teh real kicker is you've got a reciprocating saw, electric wrench, angle grinder, hand drill, and even a hair dryer that does blowing and suction in one box.
Wrench shaft is dual-purpose, so you don't need to swap heads as much, and the drill chuck is a standard 10mm—nothing exotic, but that's actually what most field guys want for quick bit changes. The machine takes a 125mm blade, while the angle grinder is either 100mm or 125mm depending on which disc you grab (usually 125mm for heavy ). And the lamp folds into multiple angles, which sounds minor until you're working in a dark crawl space at 3 AM.
Build quality is mixed—high-qualiy plastic and metal, but the plastic housing on folding lamp feels a bit thin compared to the tools themselves, so don't plan on dropping that one off a ladder. Thought it was pretty smart that they included a dual USB power bank in the kit, means one less thing to carry in the truck.
Supply is usually stock from their warhouse, about 20 days or so, but we had to check lead time on the neutral carton packaging since some customers get picky about branding. Actually, most buyers just care that the lithium ion packs charge fast and the brushless motors don't stall out on rebar—better than the old brushed kits we were replacing for torque consistency.
Not ideal for precision drilling in thin sheet metal, the 10mm chuck and hammer action are too aggressive for that, so keep a separate small drill if your crew does fine work. Anyway, for heavy construction and demo, it's a solid bet, and the dual-purpose wrench saves a trip back to the truck for a different anvil.
