For concrete where you need consistent depth and the blade to stay true through rebar or aggregate, the electroplating on the cutter head actually makes a difference—it bonds the diamond grit more evenly than sintering, so you get less pull-out on the first few passes, and the 12760W input power handles those 1200mm blades at full depth without bogging down, though it's not ideal for reinforced steel plate or asphalt, just concrete and masonry.
Current draw tells you a lot about how the motor's wound, and with the 12-15A range at 110V versus 18-22A at 220-240V, the torque curve stays flat enough for a 520mm cut depth, which is pretty much what you'd expect form a 15HP motor—most buyers go with the 110V option for job sites where three-phase isn't availble, but check your breaker capacty because startup surge can hit 30A or so.

We usually have stock on the 800mm and 1000mm blade diameters, but the 1200mm version requires a lead time of about 20 days or so because those electroplated heads need a longer cure cycle in the bath—something about the nickel bond thickness at the hub interface, anyway, it's a process control thing we've dialed in over the last 50 units.

Every machine ships with a COA from batch test, and we run HPLC on the diamond concentration in the electroplating solution to verify consistency—(roughly 18-22% diamond by weight in the matrix)—but what you don't see is that we also torque-check every arbor bolt before packing, which matters more than the spec sheet because a loose flange at 1200mm will kill your cut accuracy fast.
3. The OEM customiaztion we do is basically tweaking the blade diameter to match your existing wall saw track, or changing the voltage tap so you don't need a transformer, but our company can't adjust the depth beyond 520mm on this frame without re-engineering teh motor mount, so if you need deeper than that, you're looking at a different model entirely.
MOQ is typically 1 unit for stock items, but for OEM custom orders we usually ask for at least 5 pieces. Let us know your volume, and we can work something out.
Standard production takes about 15-20 working days after order confirmation. If you need it faster, we can rush it for a small fee.
Yes, we can supply CE and ISO9001 certificates, plus a material test report for the electroplating cutter head. Just ask, and we'll include them with your shipment.
Absolutely. We can adjust the diamond grit size, concentration, and bond hardness to match your concrete type. Just send us your job specs, and we'll optimize it.
Keep them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Stack them flat, not on edge, to prevent warping. A sealed plastic bag with silica gel works great.
