What it does is combine hydro dermabrasion with the oxygen spray, so for acne or brightening treatments, you're not just exfoliating—you're infusing serums under pressure, and that tends to give better results than standalone hydro machines.
It's not really suited for heavy body contouring though—the 40kHz ultrasonic is fine for facial work, but for larger areas you'd want something with more power, and the 45kg weight means it's not something you'll be moving between rooms easily.
