It’s basically an IPL device with a sapphire cooling window at head, so the skin doesn’t get as hot as with older models—we’ve seen fewer complaints about stinging in the 3–5 range of the 9 gears. The flash count is listed at 999,999, but in practice that’s unlimited for home use (most buyers never hit 50,000 before they upgrade or it sits in a drawer).
530-1100nm is a pretty broad band for a home unit, and the 3cm² window is actually on the smaller side—good for precise work around the upper lip or bikini line, but you’ll spend more time on legs compared to a 4-5cm² head. We usually have stock in white or pink, but confirm lead time if you need a specific OEM color (it adds about 20 days or so to the run).
9 adjustable gears sounds flexible, but realistically most users stick to 5-7 for body hair and drop to 2-3 for sensitive areas like the underarms; the cooling plate helps, but it’s not a replacement for proper skin tone assessment. It’s not suited for dark skin tones above Fitzpatrick IV—the energy can still cause burns even on the lowest gear, and we don’t recommend it for that use case.
One thing we’ve noticed is the digital display shows flash count and gear level, but the unit doesn’t have a skin contact sensor. That means you can fire it into teh air accidentally if you’re not paying attention, which wastes battery and annoys the user (we’ve had a few returns for that reason). The net weight is 332g, so it’s lighter than most competitors in this price bracket—about 50g less than the average home IPL.
OEM/ODM is pretty straightforward: our company can do your logo on the housing and the box, but the minimum order is 500 units for custom packaing and 100 for plain white-label. Voltge is auto-switching 110-220V, so you don’t need separate SKUs for different markets, and the MOQ for stock orders is usually 50 pieces with a 15-day turnaround.
Yes, 999,999 flashes is effectively unlimited for home use. That’s enough for dozens of users, and we don’t cap or count down each pulse, so you won’t run out.
