We put every unit through a full 160W output test before it leaves—glad to confirm batch consistency has been solid across the last three, usually within ±2% on power output.
The cooling system holds right at 1-3°C during operation, and we retest that specifically because of that it's what makes the RF comfortable rather than uncomfortable for the client; most salon buyers actually mention this as their main deciding factor.
You'll get a COA with each shipment, and if anything doesn't match up we've got a straightforward retest policy—just ship one unit back and we'll verify the whole batch within 20 days or so.
It's not ideal for heavy-duty medical applicaions, but for home and salon use the 7kg gross weight and 42×42×37cm package keep shiping costs reasonable, and we usually have stock ready.
Basically, the 1-year parts and labor, but what most people don't ask is that we also hold calibration records for each unit—so you can track consistency over time if needed.
One more thing on sourcing: lead time is roughly 15-18 working days for standerd orders, but confirm if you need faster—we can sometimes pull from existing stock depending on your volume.
