The torch itself is 130mm long by 18.2mm diameter, weighs exactly 0.5kg, and runs on a 2000mA 18650 lithium battery — basically the same cell used in vape mods and flashlights, so replacements are easy to source. It's got three separate 3W LEDs (630nm, 660nm, 850nm) that you can run individually or in any combination, and there's a 5-minute auto timer built in so users don't accidentally overdo it on a single spot.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask about is the beam angle — it's roughly 60 degrees, which means at 6 inches distance you're covering about a 3-inch circle, so it's really meant for focused work like a sore knee or a specific patch of facial skin, not for sweeping across a large back area (you'd be there all day).
The stainles steel casing is fully sealed and actually feels heavier than you'd expect for something this size, but it does get warm after 10 minutes of continuous use — we usually recommend letting it cool for a minute between sessions, though the auto timer helps with that anyway.
