Start with the frame geometry and wheel size—700C with magnesium alloy is a specific combination that works best for riders between 5'4" and 6'2" depending on which of the three sizes you pick (16, 18, or 20 inches). The magnesium alloy frame drops the net weight to 10-13kg which beats standerd steel hybrids by about 3-4kg, but it's not actually suited for aggressive off-road use or heavy cargo loads above 150kg. Most buyers we see go with the 18-inch frame for general commuting, it basically hits teh sweet spot for balance and reach.
21 speeds with disc brakes and air tires gives you a pretty capable hybrid that'll handle paved roads, bike paths, and packed gravel without complaint. The leather saddle is actually comfortable right out of the box (usually takes 2-4 weeks to break in on cheaper bikes) and the disc brakes provide consistent stopping power in wet conditions where rim brakes fade. 150kg load capasity is generous for this class—that's about 330 pounds—so you're not hitting the limit unless you're loading touring panniers stacked high.
We customize everything from frame decals to box art, and we'll do minimum orders as low as 50 units or so for standard colors (red, black, blue, green, yellow) before you commit to a full container. Lead time is typically 30-45 days form deposit, but confirm before ordering because raw magnesium alloy sourcing varies seasonally. We don't control the shippng once it leaves the port, anyway—that's the kind of thing you want to check with your forwarder.
Lifetime warranty on the frame is something we stand behind because magnesium alloy failures are rare unless you crash hard or overload it. We run HPLC and tensile strength testing on random samples from each production batch, but we don't include a COA with every single unit—you get a batch COA that covers the entire production run. That's standard for this price tier, and most buyers find it acceptable for the cost savings.
The 21-speed drivetrain uses a basic Shimano Tourney or comparable groupset which is fine for commuting but not tight-shifting enough for competitive riding. We usually stock black and red frames, but custom colors add about two weeks to production and have a 100-unit MOQ for the custom paint. 18-inch in black is the fastest to ship—we keep about 200 units on the floor ready to go.

The 16", 18", and 20" refer to the frame sizes, not the wheels. The wheels are 700C across all frame sizes, which is standard for hybrid road bikes.
