The steel supports come in three pipe diameters—76mm, 89mm, or 114mm—and the welding is argon arc or CO2 shielded, so joints hold up under constant kid traffic. CE and CCC certification are standard, and the production follows ISO9001:2015, but what actually tells you it’s not flimsy is the one-time punched steel platform plates. That process eliminates weak points from multiple welds.
It’s not suited for indoor soft-play zones where you’d want foam padding instead—this is strictly outdoor gear for ages 3 to 12, and the color is customizable if you give us a Pantone reference (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for custom runs). Most buyers go with the 89mm uprights for standdard school installations, but the 114mm is better for high-traffic amusement parks where you need extra rigidity.
