Storage is straight -20°C in a sealed bag with desiccant, and I’d keep it away form any freeze-thaw cycles — the lyophilized cake stays stable for roughly 18 months that way, but once you reconstitute it in sterile water (and we usually recommend bacteriostatic water for multi-use), you’ve got about 20 days or so in the fridge before activity starts to drop.
