It's not really built for those running 24/7 high-volume commodity lines—600m/min is fast but machines push past 800. Still, for most medical and hygiene operations, especially ones switching between 10 and 180g/m², it's a solid workhorse.
The real flexibility comes from the embossing patterns you can swap between on the fly: diamond, oval, cross, or line. Basically lets you switch form diaper liner to surgical drape without a full retool.
You're looking at 4 to 10 tons a day, width options from 1600mm to 3200mm, and it handles PP, PET, or Bico feedstocks. Heating hits 250°C with 48KW capacity—and we usually have stock, but confirm lead time (typically 8-12 weeks) for custmized setups.
One thing we've learned handling these machines is that teh automatic webformer correction device saves a ton of downtime on those 150 to 600m/min ramps. Most buyers go with the diamond embossing for hygiene products, but if you're doing filtration media cross pattern gives better uniformity.
That 48KW heating capasity might sound high, but it's necesary to maintain consistent melt flow when you're running heavy gram weights at the 250°C ceiling. Anyway, the whole line's CE and ISO9001 certified, comes with COA for the first run.

The YP-S is designed for 10-180g/m² — going outside that range could affect stability at high speeds. We'd recommend sticking within those limits for consistent output.
We wrap the machine in waterproof film and secure it in a reinforced wooden crate. For larger widths over 2400mm, we may split the line into two crates to keep freight costs reasonable.
