We've been dealing with intermittent interference issues on the 5G and WiFi 6E test bench, and the ambient noise was making it impossible to get clean readings on these newer mobile phone modules, so I needed a shielding solution that actually works across a broad spectrum without breaking bank.
It covers 0.8 to 8GHz with shielding effectiveness hitting ≥80dB at both 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz—drops to about ≥75dB at 7.5GHz, which is still fine for our GSM and WiFi testing—and the internal dimnesions are 225mm wide by 320mm deep by 160mm high, which fits teh typical phone fixture we use.
The sheet metal body with that extrusion seal design is what actually makes the difference; I've seen cheaper boxes leak at the lid seam after a few months, and this one feels solid at roughly 15kg, so it's not going to walk around the bench during use.
We're ordering it with the standdard filter set (2 pcs included), but the interface panel is customizable—MSA*6 plus USB2.0*2, RJ45, DB9, and DC—so if our next project needs a different feed-through, we can adjust that without buying a whole new box.
Lead time is usually 20 days or so, but check stock before assuming anything because these manual boxes can move fast when labs suddenly need them for a compliance push, and the MOQ is just one unit, which is convenient for our small team.
It's not suited for automated production lines where you need a pneumatic or sliding drawer mechanism—this is strictly manual open/close—but for engineering validation and pre-compliance scans, the simplicity actually saves setup time.

Keep it in a clean, dry area at normal room temperature. The extrusion seal is durable, but avoid stacking heavy items on top to prevent deformation. If you're storing it long-term, cover it to keep dust off the filters.
