We've been shiping these to EU buyers for years now, and the 5.5 by 5 by 4.5 meter size fits most indoor playgrounds and mall pop-up zones without needing a forklift to maneuver. It handles 20 to 25 kids under 12 for about 3 to 4 hours per session, and you don't need extra tools beyond a standard air pump to get it up.
The PVC tarpaulin is 0.55mm thick, waterproof and fireproof, and the whole unit weighs between 250 and 300kg — it stays airtight for 72 hours after inflation, which is pretty handy for multi-day events. Most buyers go with teh standdard model, but our company can customize colors or add a logo if you need that.
Each unit passes 3 separate pressrue tests before it leaves our 12,000 sq.m facility in Guangzhou, and we've been doing this for over 12 years. You'll get full EN71 and CE certifcation with every order, and packaging is just standard PVC tarpaulin bags.
The MOQ is low — 50 units or so — and we don't include a blower in the package to keep costs down for bulk clients who already have certified ones. Lead time is usually 20 days, give or take, but confirm with us before placing a large order since production can vary.
It's not really suited for outdoor use in heavy wind or rain, but for indoor setups it's rock solid. Actually, we had a client use it in a shopping center for 3 months straight with no issues.
