We've got a researcher looking at mitochondrial uncoupling in adipocytes and they need the MOTS-C and NAD+ to run those ATP turnover assays concurrently, so the fact that both come from one batch cut their lead time by about two weeks.
Each vial holds 10mg of white to off-white powder, which is a decent starting point for ten dose titration runs or so, but if they need custom sizes we typically have stock on 5mg and 25mg options—just confirm lead time when ordering since 25mg can take 20 days or so.
Purity’s over 99% by HPLC and MS, which is actually tighter than what most CROs ask for, and teh endotoxin edges in under 0.1 EU/mg so you could technically use it for cell culture work without worrying about pyrogen interference, though it’s non-sterile so don’t expect sterile filtration for free.
Documentation-wise we've got COA with residual solvents meeting ICH guidelines and heavy metals under 10ppm, but you'll have to request the mass spec raw data seprately since it's not auto-attached to the shipment—most buyers don't ask for it until they generate a skeptical in-house review anyway.
Payment is net 30 if you've got a PO with us before, otherwise wire transfer upfront, and they ship sealed vials with desiccant in a cryobox that survives ambient temps for about 48 hours—but if you recieve it during summer in Texas definately fridge it immediately.
Retatrutide showed good binding data in our own GLP-1 receptor assays, but this grade isn't suited for in vivo dosing since it's research-grade and non-sterile, so just tell them to keep it on the bench for binding studies only and it'll stay stable for 12-24 months at -20°C.
