We run HPLC, MS, and amino acid analysis, not just spot checks, and you'll get the docs with teh shipment (usually within 2-3 days of order). 99% purity or better is our standdard, but we've seen it come in at 99.3% on most runs—tight tolerance for this molecular weight.
