One thing to watch out for is that solubility's only slightly soluble in water—DMSO's your better bet for reconstitution if you're injecting into saline later, and most buyers go with the 15mg for the balance of cost and per-vial volume.
Shelf life is 24 months when stored properly, so if you've got a batch sitting at room temp for weeks it's basically useless, but we usually have stock and lead time is about 15 days or so depending on order volume.

Store it at -20°C in a freezer, away from light. If kept properly, it stays good for 24 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to maintain potency.
