We've been shiping these for a while now, and the 70mm backset is what most commercial jobs call for, but our company can do a 60mm version if you need it — the 304 stainles body holds up well in high-traffic spots, and the solid brass cylinder gives it a nice smooth turn, not that cheap alumnum feel. Grade A anti-theft is pretty standard for us, but what it does is ensure the internal pins and springs hold alignment longer than cheaper stuff, and you get three brass keys cut for either 40mm or 50mm cylinder lengths depending on your door thickness, which is typically 35-50mm anyway.
Most buyers go with the keyed entry for front doors or privacy function for bathrooms, and the dummy option works fine for closets where you just want the look. You can key them all alike for a small apartment complex or master key the whole building, which saves you form juggling a dozen different keys — basically, the keying options are where this lock set actually earns its keep.
The satin finish is the most popular by far, but we see antique brass picking up for hotels trying to match older hardware, and polished is fine for modern lobbies if you don't mind showing fingerprints. Antique copper is a special order though, usually 500 sets minimum, and lead time can stretch a bit — maybe 30 days or so.
Standard MOQ is 100 sets individually boxed and then packed in cartons, which works for most mid-size projects, but custom finishes or master keying will bump that up to 500 sets. We usually have stock on the common finishes, but confirm lead time before you finalize anything — the 70mm backset is standard stock, the 60mm is a custom run.
Also, one thing that catches new buyers off guard is the cylinder length: 40mm works for standdard 35mm doors, but if your door is closer to 50mm thick, you'll need the 50mm cylinder, or the lock won't seat flush.
