Actually came across your inquiry about the HD18-MZ010D and figured I'd reach out directly since we've shipped quite a few of these panda-themed setups already this year.
The main columns use 114mm galvanized steel with a 2.2mm wall thickness—that's better than a lot of residential-grade stuff out there—and the LLDPE plastic is 8mm thick, which means it holds up well even in direct sun for five years or so before any noticeable fading. We usually have stock on the standdard color options, but if you need a custom panda face or something, that'll add roughly 2-3 weeks to the lead time.
One thing buyers don't always think about is the rope diameter: we use 12mm for most climbing elements and 16mm for the main suspension points, so it's actually a bit sturdier than what you'd see on cheaper playgrounds. Temperture range is -50°C to 50°C, which covers pretty much any outdoor insallation in North America or Europe.
Not ideal for toddlers under 3, by the way—the platform heights and slide angles are designed for the 3-12 age bracket, so smaller kids might struggle with the climbing sections. You'll want to check local safety regs anyway, but it meet EN1176 and GB/T3091-2001 out of the box.
The 8mm plastic wall thickness is what makes it feel solid when kids are running around on it—most budget options use 6mm or less, and you can really feel flex. Anyway, if you need a COA or teh detailed dimensional drawings, I can send those over.
Our standard MOQ for this panda-themed playground is 1 set, but we can adjust based on your project needs, especially for bulk orders.
Lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on the quantity and customization.
Yes, we include EN1176 and GB/T3091-2001 compliance certificates along with the packing list to meet safety standards for kids aged 3-12.
We can customize the rope color, but the material is standard polyester for durability. The 12mm and 16mm diameters are fixed for safety reasons.
Store them in a dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight and moisture. The plastic keeps well at -50°C to 50°C, but avoid stacking heavy items on the steel parts.
