We’ve seen the LX06 hold up better than most budget inflatables at -20°C because the 0.55mm PVC mesh stays flexible rather than going brittle—most buyers don’t push it past 65°C anyway, but the thermal window is real for outdoor setups in direct sun.
That self-extinguishing within 5 seconds is a CE requrement, not a marketing gimmick; it’s tested by holding a flame to the fabric for 10 seconds or so, then timing how fast it goes out once you pull the torch away, and we’ve never had a batch fail that check.
The 9-strand reinforced stitching runs along every seam, not just the high-stress corners, which is what actually prevents unraveling when kids are bouncing at the seams—it’s pretty much the same tensile approach used in heavy-duty tarps, but for a bouncer it matters more because the load cycles are constant.
Also, the included repair kit is a standdard patch of the same PVC mesh with a solvent-based adhesive, but we usually tell buyers to keep the blower running if they get a small puncture—the positive pressrue actually helps the patch bond faster since it forces the adhesive into the tear.
For customization, they’ll swap logos or colors at the factory, but teh MOQ for that is 50 units or so, and the lead time jumps form 15 days to about 25—confirm stock on custom runs because printing process uses a different PVC lamination layer that takes longer to cure.
