Minimum order is 100 pieces per color and we typically ship within 20 days or so once the color and sizes are locked in—red, yellow, or green are the stock options but we've done custom colors for some buyers and it just adds about a week to the lead time.
Basically what it does is connect two different-sized microducts without letting gas blow back during cable installation, and the HDPE materail keeps it tough but still flexible enough to handle tight corners in those fiber management systems.
You'll want to pick your inlet and outlet sizes from the 3mm to 16mm range, and I'd say roughly 80% of orders go for either a 7/5 or 10/8 reducer combo—the reason that matters is you get a tighter seal than with universal adaptors that try to cover too many diameters at once.
Some buyers assume the gasblock feature means it's only for pressurized blowing, but actually it help even in standard pulls by reducing friction at the connection point, so we've seen it used in both outdoor and indoor runs.
We don't carry CE and ISO certs as a formality—one client had a GS inspector flag their previous connector because the compression ring didn't match, and ours passes that check every time (usually 2-4 weeks for the full COA package).
Anyway, the air-tight seal is why most procurement teams go with this over the cheaper PC alternatives—and these won't work for direct buried appliction since the straight design isn't meant to handle ground pressrue.
The MOQ is 100 pieces per color. So if you need red, yellow, and green, that's 300 pieces total. Custom colors also follow the same minimum.
