MOQ is 1 unit, but we'll do a free retest on any handle within 30 days if the COA looks off — just send it back. Lead time is usually 15 to 20 working days, give or take a few depending on stock.
We actually keep a spare calibration kit for each batch, so if your clinic runs an audit you can request the factory-set reference data. It's not something everyone asks for, but it helps with internal compliance.
What it really isn't suited for is quick spot treatments — rollers cover a wider area than a typical handheld device, so precise work on small fat pockets takes some practice. That's just the nature of a stationary unit.
The 2-year everything but the vacuum seals, which see wear form daily suction cycles — roughly 500 hours before they need swapping. We ship replacements in 3 days or so.
You can choose from 3 different handle setups depending on your treatment focus — we offer configurations like a vacuum-only handle, an RF-only handle, or a combined vacuum+RF handle. Just let us know which mix works best for your clinic.
No, the warranty is tied to the original purchaser only. If you sell or transfer the unit, the new owner won't be covered under our warranty, but we do offer paid repair services.
The machine is CE certified and classified as medical grade. We can send you the CE certificate and a declaration of conformity upon request — just ask your sales rep.
