We usually have stock on the common grades like 304 and 316, but the 309S or 347H can take 20 days or so to roll — lead time depends on the alloy and surface finish you pick, so confirm before ordering.

The hot rolled finish isn't ideal for precision tools right off the mill; you'll need to machine it down because the surface tolerance is roughly ±0.5mm on thickness, but for structrual supports or measuring tool blanks it works fine.

Thickness runs from 2mm to 100mm and width from 10mm to 500mm, and what it does is give you a lot of flexibility for custom brackets or jigs — we've shipped 6m lengths for a tooling shop that needed 420 grade for wear resistnce.

Pickled finish is the most common for general fabrication, bright gives a better look for exposed parts, and polishing is typically an extra step we handle in-house (usually adds 3-5 days to the timeline).

MOQ is 1 ton, but our company can split that across multiple grades or sizes in one shipment — export packging is standerd seaworthy crates with steel strapping, so no cold chain needed here.

Also, the 316Ti has better creep resistance than plain 316 for higher-temp applicaion, but if you're just making common cutters, the 304 or 201 will save you money.
Our MOQ is 1 ton per size and grade. For a trial order, we can sometimes split a ton across a couple of similar specs, but it's best to check with us first.
Yes, we can provide ISO certification and mill test certificates for each batch. Just let us know when you place the order, and we'll include them with the export docs.
Absolutely, we can cut lengths as required. Just specify the length you need, and we'll adjust the production accordingly.
We offer pickled, bright, and polished finishes. For cutting tools, bright or polished is usually preferred because of the smoother surface and tighter tolerances.
We use standard export packing: steel strapping, waterproof paper, and wooden crates or pallets. This keeps the bars secure and rust-free during transit.
