Custom sizing is where we actually start—you can go up to 3235mm by 3300mm on these, but most villas we ship to take something in the 2.4m range for easier handling, and if you need custom vial sizes or labeling for your order, we handle that at factory level, you just tell us the specs.
The 6066-T66 alumnum alloy with 2.2mm wall thickness is what gives it that slim look without flexing, and it's better than standard 6063 for coastal projects because the saltwater resistnce is built into the alloy itself, not just a coating—though we do offer anodized, electrophoresis, or powder coated finishes in any RAL color you want, and the AkzoNobel coating holds up well.
Sound insulation hits 40dB on the 5+9Ar+5 toughened glass option, so basically street noise drops to a murmur, and if you're doing a hotel near a highway you might want the triple glazing instead—it's roughly 5dB better but adds weight, so the maximum size drops a bit, and check lead time on that since we usually have stock for the double but the triple is made to order.
German SIEGENIA or HAUTAU hardware with HOPPE handles is pretty much standard here, and the automotive-grade EPDM seals with PA66 nylon strips handle hurricane-force winds without whistling—one thing buyers don't think to ask is that the PA66 nylon in the thermal break also prevents condensation in humid climates, which is a real issue with cheaper sliding doors.

Our standard MOQ is 50 units for custom RAL colors using AkzoNobel coating. For stock colors, we can go lower — just talk to your sales rep.

Each door is packed with reinforced wooden crates, EPE foam cushioning, and waterproof film. For saltwater environments, we also add anti-rust treatment on the hardware before wrapping.
