The car comes in a single carton per unit, partially disassembled. You'll need to attach the wheels and the seat, but it's straightforward and takes about 10 minutes.
The standard battery gives 1-1.5 hours of continuous use. We don't offer a larger battery option for this model, but you can buy a spare battery separately to swap out.
