We run every batch through HPLC at least twice before it leaves—purity holds at 99% or better, and we've had the same specs for the last 18 months or so, so batch-to-batch consistency is pretty much a given.
It's research grade, not for human use obviously, and we include a COA with every box that covers purity and peptide content (also the TDS if you need it). Most buyers go with the 10mg box for single-use studies, but we can do custom fills if your protocol needs something different.
The powder is packaged in a PP foil bag inside the box, which keeps moisture out during storage—shelf life is 2 years if you keep it sealed and frozen. One thing though, once you reconstitute it, it's only stable for a few days so plan your experiments accordingly.
We usually have stock on teh 10mg boxes, but if you're ordering over 50 units or so, confirm lead time because we might need to pull form production. Also, our company offer a retest policy if something looks off—just send us the batch number and we'll run a quick HPLC check.
For bulk orders, the MOQ is just 1 box but pricing drops noticeably around 20 boxes—that's when we can do custom packging or even adjust the fill to 5mg or 15mg per vial depending on your batch requrements.
The 10mg format is actually easier to handle than the larger drums for most labs, and we've found it works better for metabolic pathway studies than some other peptides we've seen. Anyway, that's the gist—COA, HPLC, 2-year shelf life, and flexible ordering.
