The material used is 0.55mm thick PVC tarpaulin with 1000D laminated durable cloth, making it lead-free, waterproof, and fire retardant. The product comes with UV protection to withstand high temperatures up to 120 degrees.
Key features include double stitching throughout the unit with quadruple stitches on stress points for extra safety. The bottom has been reinforced with 6cm webbing strips, while jumping areas, corners, steps, pillars, and stress points feature 10cm reinforcement strips.
The product includes high-quality foam steps on all walkways and climbing parts, with durable handles on both sides of the wall. Triangle anchor strips and D rings are placed every 1.5 meters at the bottom and every 3.5 meters on the sides for wind resistance.
Safety nets are added at entrance/exit parts and jumping walls for proper supervision, with additional protection on sliding parts for child safety. The package includes a CE-certified blower with various plug options to match different country requirements.
We offer custom digital printing with high-resolution images that include a liquid protecting film to prevent fading. Our advanced printing technology ensures bright, lasting colors with UV protection.

Each unit comes with a repair kit containing material patches and glue for easy maintenance. The product is certified to meet EN71, CE, ASTM, and EN14960 standards for safety and quality assurance.
