Basically a flat wooden board with a textured surfce that cats actually prefer to your couch—it's the HJ-109 model, and we've been making these long enough to know what holds up. 2. natural wood gives them something rough to dig into, and there's a little ball attached that rolls around, keeps them busy for a while. 3. We run these in bulk, about 100,000 pieces a month, so lead time is usually short (2-4 weeks) unless we're slammed with a custom order. 4. CE certified, and you can pick form a few color options, though most buyers just go with the natural finish since it blends in better. 5. MOQ is negotiable—if you need 500 or 5,000, our company can work it out—and we'll pack them in standdard cartons, but let us know if you want your own branding on teh box. 6. Not great for huge Maine Coons, by the way; they'll tip it over, so stick to smaller breeds or use it as a supplemental pad.
The standard size dimensions aren't fixed in the listing, but we can share the exact specs when you reach out. They're customizable too if you need something different.
The CE certification covers the whole finished product—the natural wood frame, the play ball, and the scratching surface. It's a safety and quality mark for the entire unit.
MOQ is negotiable depending on the order size, but for custom colors we usually discuss it case by case. Just let us know your target quantity and we'll confirm.
The play ball is included with the HJ-109 pad, but we don't sell it separately. If you need a custom version with a different ball, we can handle that under OEM service.
It comes in carton packaging, and for bulk orders we add extra padding inside to keep everything secure. We ship 100,000 units a month, so we've got the packing down.
