According to a report on the 7th (local time), the US Chamber of Commerce is considering suing the Trump administration in an attempt to block the new tariff policy that will take effect on the 9th.
As a business organization representing millions of US companies, the US Chamber of Commerce has long received financial support from industry giants. The report further pointed out that the organization has previously considered challenging the government's tariff policy through legal means on multiple occasions, and some of its core members have continuously pressured it to take action.
The report also said that sources revealed that it is not ruled out that other groups may join the lawsuit.
